As part of the paper Lazy Eye Inspection: Capturing the State of Happy Eyeballs Implementations. I initially developed a test framework to obtain the browsers Happy Eyeballs (HE) behavior. The test runs fully in your browser and is under active development. Currently, the tools supports connection attempt delay (delay of initial IPv4 connection establishment) and resolution delay measurements (time to wait for a AAAA record when an A record arrived). Our next goal is to include HEv3 features measurements.
